Kpn Travels — bus started before time, and drivers inhuman behavior

I have booked the ticket in kpn travels from tirunelveli to chennai, bus no ar01 t 9919.in my ticket the boarding time was given as 8.30 pm on 31/08/2017 from tirunelveli junction, but the driver started earlier at 8.15 pm
We then travelled about 10 kms to catch the bus with three small kids spending rs500 as car rent. The driver scolded our ladies in bad words, we were very much hurted by them. We got a call from kpn travels office, they also used unparliamentary words. We are in extreme grief.in my ticket the timing is given as 8.30 pm, but the driver and his men are not even listening to us and they are speaking very bad.
