I recently had the misfortune of traveling with KPN Travels, and I feel compelled to share my harrowing experience. Yesterday (25.03.2024), during my journey from Erode to Chennai, I encountered a theft incident that left me utterly discouraged.
While onboard, I realized that my belongings were missing. A ₹2, 000 cash got vanished from my sisters (1000 Rs) and my husband's wallets (1000 rs). Shocked and distressed, I immediately reported the theft to the KPN staff.
Their responses were nothing short of infuriating. Instead of taking swift action, they exhibited an irresponsible and lethargic attitude. It felt as if they were brushing off my concerns. It left me feeling helpless and betrayed.
What’s worse, I suspect that KPN Travels might be involved in orchestrating such incidents. Could it be that they arrange fake travellers to distract passengers while thefts occur?
Additionally, the behavior of the driver was far from professional. During the rest stop the doors were locked with few passengers inside and the lights were shut down for more than 10 mins. Once after the passengers who got down shouted for opening the doors to the driver who was missing at that time. Lethargically answered the passengers and after a bid conversation opened the doors. This is the time may be utilised by the co-passengers or a person one among their team may involved in the theft.
Even after many queries, he didn’t exclate the issue to his office and answered that he don’t have his office no and replied that to complaint directly in Tambaram Police station. Such an arrogant reply in generic tone was not at all acceptable. Was this information helpful? |
