Kpn Travels — damaged and delay in parcel | |||
Myself hariharan, we planned to transport a 400 quantity bag in to 2 parcel such as 200 set of bag in 1 parcel and other 200 set of bag in other parcel from erode to karaikudi, we received 1 set of parcel (200 bag) at delay of 2 days from the expected date. And another one (200 bag) we didn't receive for one week. And we made continuous call to kpn parcel service finally we bought parcel of 200 bag with damaged piece. It seems to look like some one opened the parcel plenty of bags has been teared and fully wetted, in that parcel nearly 100 bags are damaged and useless. We order a bag to issues in the marriage as a return gift to the friends and relative but if you (Kpn) have done like this and no response from your side it seems very worst behavior. I can assure and say that kpn is cheated on me. After this issue we call and contact kpn members no response. Every time one person will call and ask the full details he will say i will ask higher official but no response. They irritated us a lot. And make as worried mentally and physically. At the right time they pulled us back. This is worst behavior and cheap attitude from kpn parcel service Was this information helpful? | |||
