It is very worst that the delay in bus timing has not been intimated earlier and it took nearly one hour and 30 minutes to sit back for the bus arrival... 9.30 pm bus arrived only by 11 pm... And it was senior citizens around 75+ age and kids 👶too waiting.. Kpn is ready to cancel tickets with cancellation charges of 20 %to 30% but not ready to arrange an alternative for delayed bus timing... I want the money to be refunded or some other compensation to be given... Please don't repeat the same as it spoils the brand.
