Kpn Travels — Delay in Parcel | |||
Hi, I have parceled by bike on[protected]Thursday) from Chennai Medavakkam to Pollachi. I got the LR number[protected]. I didn't get my bike up to 12th March. Every day I had to speak with a Medavakkam person. They said only excuses, then on 12th March, again he gave new LR number CHE[protected]. Finally, I got my bike on 13th March. Nearly 9 days delay. When I received my bike from Pollachi, I found that my side mirrors as missing from my bike. Again I spoke with Medavakkam Parcel service for my side mirrors. Still now[protected] they haven't parceled my side mirrors. I have shared mail also to the KPN service([protected]@kpntravels.in ). But no response from your side. Just now I spoke with the Medavakkam parcel person, he's literally using bad words against me and not responding to my order. I got frustrated by your service. I won't recommend the KPN Parcel service, Medavakkam branch to anyone. Because of your delay, I had missed many things. II need the console amount for this delay. Worst service by KPN Parcel Service, Medavakkam Branch. I have attached the old LR number which I got on 4th March-2021. If I am not getting a call from your side, we will go as legally.
