Kpn Travels — delay of service

My parents are travelling in the bus from pudukkottai to bangalore. The bus was about to reach bangalore by 6:00am. However, the bus doesn’t reach krishnagiri yet. Hope it will be reaching bangalore around 10:00 am.

My parents are aged and they have to take medicines. Kpn travels became one of the worst bus service.
