Kpn Travels — money not refunded after bus cancelled due to their bus accident

Bus was cancelled by kpn travels due to their same bus met some accident. But after cancelled by themselves, now almost one week still my money not credit to my account. Very worst and worst service by them. Nobody take the phone also.
