I had purchased 4 tickets # e[protected] to travel from trichy to chennai on 19.5.19. It was a sleeper and i paid 1100 per head. Bus number was py 01 cs9499 and sms number sent to my number was [protected]. (U1, u2, u9, u10)
1) the sms number was switched off the whole night and even 2 hours after i got down.
2) the ac duct was open above u10 and it was creating unbearable sound. I asked the driver what to do? He said he cannot do anything while the bus takes the speed it may come down. Though it had come down a bit, the noise was still there. I could not sleep throughout the night.
3) moreover, the entire luggage section was filled up with mango cartons and i could not keep my luggage.
Is it the way kpn functioning? What nonsense is this? After paying 4400 + insurance i had no sleep because of the sound.
I had taken photo and video of that scene? If it is necessary iam ready to upload?
My question?
Can i get the insurance on this issue?
What kpn is going to give me remedy before i could send this to consumer redressal form?
