Kpn Travels — no information on cancellation of bus

I have booked from tirupur to bangalore on 22 july 2017 by 3pm volvo bus, they have cancelled the bus without even informing the passenger since did not book full capacity, was told that they had only 4 passengers booked n hence cancelled the bus, when i spoke to their coimbatore office, he was very rude in answering the phone

I was also told by their avinashi branch that this is not the first time, every time this is happening, redbus is not taking the responsibility n the kpn, passenger like me are the sufferer, i am registering even though kpn will not take any action, i have planned to take it to the consumer forum where we can put rest their mistakes and misguiding n the cheating

Let the government take firm action
