Kpn Travels — no proper buses and no response from customer care side | |||
The bus was already delayed 1 hrs and suddenly after taking the bus it was stopped in hosur for 1 hrs the ac was not working. There was no response from hosur branch after that i enquired for a customer care they too are not responding for the customer. Kpn is only needed of money. The person in customer care can do some other # work for this kind of job. I have complained against 3 person there was no response. Was this information helpful? | |||

I have booked a ticket from Madurai to chennai at 1:30 pm on 31/Oct/19 . The trip was cancelled and we got to know by 12 o clock. It was too bad bec it was a sudden information. For that still I dnt get refund.
