Kpn Travels — non reflecting of tickets booking - wanting of refund

Sir, i have booked 3 tickets in kpn 0230 hrs from tiruchi to chennai thro ticketgoose on 30.04.2018 by using city union bank net banking. I received one message from you that rs 2250/- has been debited from my account. The received message are as follows. “savings no xxxxxxxx26 debited with inr 2250.00 towards to ecom:[protected]ticketgoose.com india chennai in: on 30-apr-2018. Avl bal 53785.22”. But, when inquiring kpn office at tiruchi they stated that, no such booking was made thro online. Due to urgency, i pay cash and booked the tickets thro office counter.
