I booked a parcel(medicines) on 02/jan/2021 to VALLIUR but they sent it to tirunelveli. I am follwing up with tambaram KPN office staffs and manager, but till today the parcel is not yet delivered to the correct address. I tried to reachout customer care number which i found on the receipt, but it is not reachable. Kindly help me on this.
