Kpn Travels — Not giving proper response | |||
Every time when i board the bus at bommanahalli, bangalore, i am experience very unpleasant situation. This is not my individual experience, the passengers waiting for other buses also facing the same problem. 1. There is no proper reason for the delay of bus.. Always the bus schedule at the time mentioned are not coming in time always delayed.. And there is no proper person (There is no office staff, only the man announcing the bus arrival is available and he is not giving proper reason for the delay or the where the bus is coming) 2. There is no proper facility for the women passenger at the waiting hall and the buses are coming late for more than 3 hrs from the scheduled time. 3. The person who are giving reply are arogant and they are not polite in giving reply and they are not even contacting the driver about the bus status. Was this information helpful? | |||

The worst branch of kpn parcel is ariyalur branch.The office is not opened on proper time.The delivery of parcel is unpunctual.Telephone response is worse, and even they cut the calls.The authorities are not responding properly.
