Booking No - MDR[protected]. I sent a parcel from madurai periyar bus stand to chennai koyambedu bus stand on 5th January 2017. Still parcel not received. Asked the person in madurai, he told that the booking done but not dispatched and he told that he dont know anything as it was booked by some other. Really bad. Atleast return my parcel in madurai. I am booking bus is Benz brand bus but not come coming bus is very poor no basic amenities full noise only I have my back bones problem now
