Hi,
I made the ticket booking through my personal credit card. Due to some error the amount got deducted from my card on 12th, June 2018.
I checked with KPN team, they said it will be credited within a weeks time but still its not reflected in my account.
Kindly intervene in this issue and help me in refunding my amount INR 2792.
The email id which was used for booking is [protected]@kgisl.com.
The passenger name is Kavya and Srihari.

We understand from your e-mail that the aforesaid transaction was unsuccessful. We would like to confirm that the transaction has been processed successfully to your card account from our end basis the instruction received from the merchant. Details of the transactions processed to your card account are given below for your reference.

In this regard, we request you to take this mail as a proof to the merchant confirming the payment has been provided to the member bank and also request the merchant to liase with the Bank for further clarification. In case, you still have any clarification, we request you to revert to us with recent dated confirmation from the merchant validating that they are not in receipt of the payment towards the aforesaid transaction to enable us do the needful.
Further, we have arranged to suppress finance charges towards the disputed amount, hence, we request you to effect payment excluding the disputed charges.
We would be glad if this mail receives your urgent attention and request you to revert to us by 11-Jul-2018 as there are certain time frames within which the dispute needs to be raised along with the above mentioned documents.
