I had booked a ticket from mettur to chennai a/c sleeper at 10.00 pm. I got a call from kpn represent vimal on 01/08/2016 evening 5.30 pm told that the bus was cancelled and they arrange the a/c semi sleeper at 11.30 pm. I enquired him from where the bus come he said its come from erode. Then i requested him to arrange the pickup for me at nerijipet first he agreed and cut call. After 10 mins he again called me and said the pickup in nerijipet is not possible. I argued with him he given the manager number then i spoke with him he also not agreed and given his gm and i called gm covey my problem is am traveled with my family lady is there is not possible to reach there 11.30 pm because our last bus from nerijipet to mettur is 8.30 pm. If i catch it also i need to stay in the bus stop more than 2 hours. That fellow told it’s not there problem if possible come and travel or else cancel the ticket. Is the right way to spoke with the customer? If he told this to their family? I got the 8.30 pm bus to mettur reached there 9.15 pm. While enquiry the kpn travek desk he told bus was coming late it’s come by 12.00 pm and after that time while asked he said another half an hour. We didn’t get the bus up to 1.30 pm. Very worst service provider. I never experienced this kind of worst experience with kpn. Was this information helpful? |
