Hi team, I have booked thiruvannamalai to bangalore 1st may 3:00 am. Driver called me 12:30 am and told bus will reach 1:00 am, come on time, otherwise we cant wait for ur time. I asked why such so early, driver told daily same time only reach, i[censored] booked in online na, then u can ask from online, dnt ask me. Then i called to office number, they also told same thing. Cut the phone and ask in online. They dnt know how want to give respect to customers. Like they are don, or rules can be changed from themselves, they never follow. Please teach/ punish them regarding this issue. Even I too faced the same issue :I booked ticket on 11th may for 3AM travel from tiruvanaMalai to Bangalore.. after multiple calls driver told us, bus already left by 2.30 as per kpn instruction and get the money back from KPN office..
