Hi Team,
I have booked ticket in KPN to travel on 12th May 2017 from Chennai to Madurai. Ticket booked on 4th May 2017 through online.
On 4th May 2017, the ticket was booked twice, with first booking seat no. L7, L8 and L12. The second booking was with seat no. L16, L15 & L28.
This was noticed during boarding on the bus. During boarding, my relative was waiting for the bus and we informed the drive to use these three ticket, but the driver behaved rashly and moved the bus without proper informaton.
We raised the complaint in the Ashok Nagar Booking Office Chennai, but they didn't raise the complaint and asked to contact [protected]. We contacted them at 21:55 on 12th May 2017 but he also didnt took complaint.
Please help to refund the amount 2194.00 and request to take action on the rude behavioiur of the drive.
Drive no.[protected] and his mobile switched off when we tried to call him.
