Kpn Travels — too much lethargic will lead to downfall

How can your buses be so lethargic in making customers wait.. I am customer traveling from salem to chennai.. Seriously whether i should wait for 3 hrs to get my bus which was scheduled at 10.30pm.. Once i enter the bus i want to know what time i ll reach koyambedu.. I may have so many plans i don’t want to disclose with you people.. But as a customer my activities should move on without any delay in planned schedule.. Seriously i felt bad for being a regular customer of kpn.. But also one of the worst customer service staffs in tirunelveli kpn office and also their responses.. Please look into these problems.. From a regular customer of kpn
