I have booked a multi axle berth sleeper trip from bangalore to chennai by online. Please find enclosed ticket details. The cost of the ticket was rs.818.
The sleeper bus no. Ka 51 c 6529 started from bangalore at 10.45pm, on the way around 2.15am the driver informed that bus was breakdown and request all passengers to board on a other bus ka 41 a 6999. When i had entered the bus it was a surprise that it is a semi-sleeper only with seating.
When i asked the driver the response and reply from the driver was very unprofessional and rude. He said that if i interested to board go with semi-sleeper otherwise stand on the road until the break down bus gets ready. As if he was speaking that we all are travelling by free of cost.
From the time the bus started it was giving very high noise and very uncomfortable journey. It is kpn responsibility to organize inspected bus and the same class of bus as a replacement. But there is no proper solution and reply during the trip.
The purpose of booking multi axle sleeper berth is to have a rest and start my work on the day (Sunday) i reach chennai. But due to uncomfortable trip created by kpn my whole day trip was spoiled. The price of sleeper and semi-sleeper is different too.. (Rs. 820 sleeper and rs.570)
I am totally unhappy with kpn service and disturbance happened during my trip. Hence as a compensation i request kpn to fully refund my ticket amount to my bank since i have used my debit card to pay my ticket.
Being a recognized bus service kpn should educate the drivers to respond to customers and avoid threatening the customers.
I hope kpn management can understand the situation and refund my ticket without any delay. All required details are attached as photos.
