Kpn Travels — tvs bike missing for more than 1 week

I have given my TVS XL to be delivered from Hyderabad to Chennai on July 28, 2018. They said the bike will be delivered in three days which is August 31, 2018 but still it didnt reach Chennai. Everyday they are telling it will come today but it still didnt reach. Customer service and parcel centers are very rude which didnt even respond properly. I need a compensation for the efforts which we took and our vehicle should be delivered in our house directly as we have come to Guindy office lots of times already. LR: HYD[protected].
