I had 3 horrible experiences with kpn travels. The staff are so negligent and don't carry the proper documents and permits required by the rto owing to which the passengers are stranded midway inspite of paying a heavy ticket fare. Absolutely unprofessional in terms of service and i am really unhappy because of this. Kpn is no longer trust worthy in offering satisfactory services and it is an absolute waste of time and money going by kpn. Was this information helpful? | |

Booked 2 tickets from madurai to chennai on 01.01.2020 ... 9.30 pm bus was delayed and bus started only by 01.30 AM ... On its way met with an accident near vikkravandi after that no other alternate arrangement was done ... With kids it was very rude by staff to strand us in middle of the road ... Please take stringent action against this travels
