I have booked 2 tickets in KPN AC Sleeper Multi Axle for 2 seats - L8 & L7 on 08-August-2018, from Marthandam to Bangalore. Ticket reference number: H[protected] through via.com. I am really disappointed with KPN customer care, services and with the reservation team that if there is any issue or there is no service on any particular day with any route buses, why the reservation team is allowing the passengers to book tickets via online ? Why there is no information saying that there is no tickets available or there is no service for this particular buses to Bangalore due to so and so reason?
After the payment has received, and the confirmation has received, we have to wait for long and long for a response from the customer care number regarding the status of the booking being not received any message of cancellation. It is really embarrassing situation that the contact numbers updated in the confirmation message, [protected],[protected] & [protected] were not responding to the calls we have made 20 times.! At last, some one responded to the call made to[protected] at 08:34 pm after several calls.
Regarding the cost & refund:
The sleeper payment took for 2 seats including tax is INR 2, 645.88 and the bus which we have been put was just INR 800 per head. Request the authority to refund my money at the earliest.
