Kpn Travels — Worst behavior of attender

I am s. Dhanalakshmi from rasipuram. I have booked bus ticket from salem to chennai in kpn bus and i told driver that i will board bus on seelanayackanpatti bypass and he said ok. Since it is day time there is very less passengers only travelling. I asked the attender to change the seat since the ac which is available near my seat is not working. He spoke to me very rudely that you cannot change the seat as per your wish and all. I fought with him that many seats are free only and told him to arrange another one. He said passenger will come in next stop like that. Then i stopped arguing with him. When the bus stopped in hotel for 10mins for refreshment near ulundurpet, i went to refresh, and after coming to my seat, i noticed that my snacks bag is missing, im sure that i didn’t took my snacks bag to the hotel, again i fought with that attender, but he said it is not his responsibility to take care of other belongings, thank god, i took my purse with me so didn’t lose any money. It is really bad experience for me in that bus. I suggest people not to travel with kpn travels
