Guys a kind request:
If so in future, anyone is gonna travel through private buses, pls donât prefer ð¹ð¹kpn travelsð¹ð¹
I never had such a worst experience ever..
Bus no : ar o1 7999 (Chennai to salem)
1) bus was delayed by 2hrs
2) no response if we question for the delay... Irresponsible #¿ð¿
3) rash driving - sleepless night.. (It was like theyâll get into accident)
4) booking done for salem but bus travels towards erode. (No information in the site that it travels via salem)
5) arrival time is delayed by 2hrs
6) driver behaviour is so cruel and no decent manners towards ppl)
7) they are not ready to stop for travelers to get down and yells at us that we have taken erode bus.
8) no prior idea about the destination point.
9) just bcoz driver has delayed, he shouts at the passengers horribly..
10) no proper contact no for the passengers to enquire about the bus (In m-ticket). If so, itâs not reachable/switched off..
#i complained in kpn travels office as soon as i landed in salem..
