Kpn Travels — Worst response from driver and from salem head office | |||||
Hi, I booked a ticket from karur to nagercoil on may 13, 2017. Bus timing was 11:45 pm in karur but we got a message that bus was delayed by 90 minutes. We accept that delay, while boarding we enquiry driver about this delay his respond that bus was delay.. We said why sir bus was delay he responded that it was not my job, it's not my duty to respond you. Then we decided driver was irresponsible. We went to booked seat it was occupied by someone. That person respond that driver ask as me to sit here go and ask driver. Driver again replied that it's not my fault go and occupied last seat else get down. What a responsible driver?? Then we connect salem head office he also replied that sir please provide driver mobile number we will change it. After 15 mins we again call salem head office then they didn't pick our call. What a responsible person he also?? If we need to sit in seat what you provided. Then why the hell you are using online booking?? We book ticket only because of our trust on kpn. These awesome service by your employees makes our level of trust wonderfull. Nice driver and customer care service. Hope this complaint is also useless. Please don't use online booking.
