Kpn Travels — Wrong location dropping

I have booked ticket with dropping location central bus stand trichy. They have stopped in trichy junction and called trichy. I asked if the bus is going to central bus stand, no response. Then it moved towards pudukkottai. I was shocked, as i have missed the bus stop. I asked the driver to stop at airport atleast. He asked: " for which place did you book ticket?" he didn't even stop at central bus stand and asked this question. How rude. Then angrily i got down in the next unknown bus stop itself. last night from chennai bus started at 9:30
reached trichy at 5:30
now its on the way in pudukkottai
