KPN — worst experience in kpn.

Kindly make sure you take of customer service at least 5%.
We took a bus from chennai to erode.ac semi sleeper. 10.45pm dec 22. It rained and it was leaking on the window seat 25, 26w. The foot rest was not at all working by the window seat.
And we booked two seats from erode to pondicherry for 12.30pm. By 8.30 pm when we asked one of your staff about cancelling the ticket, she said it has to be cancelled before 3 hrs for a 75% refund. But when we tried to cancel it by 8.30 am it showed a zero refund. When we tried to contact the customer service staff she was very rude and impolite. She yelled at me for calling. We are paying for service. You are not servicing us for free. This is too bad on your side. Please look into it asap for uninterrupted customer satisfaction.
