Hi Team
I received a parcel of kids dresses in KPN nanganallur but 4pcs of dress is missing from parcel. Someone opened and stealed it. When i checked with my sender they confirmed not tied with a rope. But parcel tied with 2 different type of rope.
Request you to check and resolve the issue asap

    I would like to lure your attention on an important issue that I have faced lately due to your services. My brother sent me a Parcel on 06/02/2023 at thiruppur . But I haven’t got anything yet. When I called the office at Tuticorin that package they didn’t Dispatch from Salem.I would like you to investigate about my package, or find it.         Booked kpn bus from pollachi to bangalore. On 03rd nov 2019. First i received message that bus time was rescheduled from 9:30 pm to 11:15 pm. Later when i reached boarding point by 11:00pm staff said that bus was cancelled. Rude answer from staffs and they are not replying in professional manner. When we called office manager he too responded in rude manner and asked his staff to close the office and go home. No one picked our call by head office. Kpn is ever worst bus operator in tamilnadu.

          Horrible service by kpn travels. For no reason it is taking bloody 16 hours from chennai to kochi. No other travels have such issue. The drivers are not even bothered to drive and reach fast. Better debar such services who can't serve or give a minimum of best. We are travelling for purpose., because of kpn, meetings and function are cancelled.

          I was booked a kpn bus on 10.06.2019 the bus departing time from potheri was 10:55pm chennai to madurai pnr-F[protected] thought i was waiting till 1:00 AM no response from their services then i travel by next bus so i want the refund money

            I booked the tickets in KPN travels for my parents from hosur to Udumalpet (23.03.2019) via PAYTM.
            I didn't received any SMS regarding bus number and driver contacts. The actual boarding is 11.15pm.Around 11 pm hosur booking office guy infomeed us bus is dealy for 20 minutes.
            Around 12 pm that guy came and told, your bus left without stopping in hosur.
            @12.10 they arranged some other bus and asked us to travel to chase the bus. After 20 to 30 km far from hosur they dropped us in mid of the road and left from the place. Simply they said your bus is coming back wait for some moment.
            We waited hardly 30 minutes in mid of the road that was too horrible. Finally that bus came and we boarded around 1 am and politely enquiry the driver. Why you didn't stopped in hosur boarding point? His told I didn't get any boarding ticket in hosur, so I didn't stopped their. I showed my PNR number he validated and accepted.
            For this my parents become too depression.
            So I planned to file a complaints against to your service and I need service compensation for this bad experience with you travel service.

                Am travelling from salem to madurai
                When i boarded someone else sitting in my seat
                I asked the staff thy replied as thy ll change within 10mins till tat sit in front seat it's back to driver seat... Front one in the bus
                The seat belt in tat seat is damaged
                We cannot use it
                After an hr thy stopped the bus for break
                I asked thm to change the seat
                At tis tym thy said u shld have told first
                Nw everyone seated and we cannot change nw
                After an hr we ll accommodate in other seat
                Do tis staffs are #???
                Am not travelling in tis yucky bus for free to adjust and sit where ever thy accomadate me
                I paid the fair
                Hello kpn you are not fit for tis service
                Please urself seal ur office

                  Kindly make sure you take of customer service at least 5%.
                  We took a bus from chennai to erode.ac semi sleeper. 10.45pm dec 22. It rained and it was leaking on the window seat 25, 26w. The foot rest was not at all working by the window seat.
                  And we booked two seats from erode to pondicherry for 12.30pm. By 8.30 pm when we asked one of your staff about cancelling the ticket, she said it has to be cancelled before 3 hrs for a 75% refund. But when we tried to cancel it by 8.30 am it showed a zero refund. When we tried to contact the customer service staff she was very rude and impolite. She yelled at me for calling. We are paying for service. You are not servicing us for free. This is too bad on your side. Please look into it asap for uninterrupted customer satisfaction.

                    Kpn service is poorest ever.On 4th Mar 2016 booked bus from Chennai to salem in multi axle Volvo sleeper.just an hour before start they called and told it's normal ac.all buses on the day started delay by 2 hours all crowd had no option other than to wait. Rude staff no process nor courtesy they told if you wish you travel and get your refund and get lost. And worst part after so much dramas they provided us a bus at 12.30 night and it was normal non AC sleeper they told only they can do. All other bus operators functioned without any mess up.KPN just take bookings with no bus with them playing their non sense stuff with customers. Even after repeated complaint management of KPN did not wish to hear the complaint even.
                    NEVER EVER BOOK KPN for God's sake

                    All passengers they shared it has been problem with KPN frequently. So never try traveling in KPN it is much better to taken even government transportation rather to use KPN.management never listens staff answer in such a tone as if they do it for charity. Bus quality is also ugly.

                      23/09/15 Chennai to Madurai bus no 8595. Timing 1.00 from egmore reached on 2.40 at perugalathur after in chengulpat bus break down and some smoke in the bus.every passenger get down maximum 1 hour all we are standing outside. Driver is not responsible in his work, after trichy we escaped from a big accident and he drives the bus inside the village in thuvarankurchi and wait for one person more than 20 mts.this is the experience for me in the bus.very worst service.I surely file a case against KPN.
