Horrible service by kpn travels. For no reason it is taking bloody 16 hours from chennai to kochi. No other travels have such issue. The drivers are not even bothered to drive and reach fast. Better debar such services who can't serve or give a minimum of best. We are travelling for purpose., because of kpn, meetings and function are cancelled. I was booked a kpn bus on 10.06.2019 the bus departing time from potheri was 10:55pm chennai to madurai pnr-F[protected] thought i was waiting till 1:00 AM no response from their services then i travel by next bus so i want the refund money
