KrazyBee — Active loan showing cibil report not updated

I am writing to formally request the resolution of an issue related to my loan account with KrazyBee (Loan ID: KB241027GXCYA). I successfully completed the repayment of my loan on[protected], but my account has not been updated and still appears active.

Despite my efforts to resolve this, I have not received confirmation regarding the closure of my loan account. This delay is causing unnecessary inconvenience and may impact my credit score. Kindly update my account status and provide official confirmation of the closure at the earliest.
