[Resolved]  KrazyBee — I haven't taken any loan but still am getting messages from Krazybee platform

I have received a message for some person names ANURAG SACHAN, that a police case will be filed against him, for a pending loan amount.
But i don't know him, than why am getting these messages, previously also I reported but till now, no resolution provided.

I have received a message for loan EMI payment, but I have not taken any loan and neither is my name Nilesh Chawda. Please give me the correct clarification.
