KrazyBee — Threatening, harrasment, intimidation, calling reference numbers and and disclosing my loan details to them.

I had taken a personal loan of fifty thousand rupees from KreditBee. I have already paid the EMI for the first month but was unable to pay the second month EMI, which was due on March two thousand twenty five. I requested additional time and responded to their call, informing them that I would not be able to make the payment due to financial difficulties and a challenging financial situation.

However, since the due date has passed, I have been receiving threatening calls from KreditBee recovery agents. They are harassing and intimidating me by repeatedly calling on both WhatsApp and regular calls. They are also sending threatening and intimidating messages through WhatsApp and regular text messages.

Additionally, they have been calling my reference contacts and disclosing my loan details to them. They are also threatening and intimidating my references, claiming they will visit my home and seize my assets. Please look into this issue and ask the recovery agents not to breach/violate the rules in the recovery process, this may lead to legal consequences.
