KreditBee — Delay payment

I lost my job and my grandmother is in bed rest my father didn't take care my family since my childhood, now for my long leaves to take my grandmother for hospitals I lost my job, If have money first of all I pay the kreditbee loan so please don't push me like that I know I lend money from you and I have to pay it. Please leave penalties and other I will pay whenever I get a job, this is not a complaint don't pressure me I have alot of problems for now, I have paid previous dues on time please check and show some humanity
