KreditBee — Harassment and threat by agent

Dear Team,

I took personal loan on 26th september 2024 Loan ID-KB240926GNKQA till Aug 2025 I was regularly pay the emi. But Last 2 month I am facing huge financial & medical problems so unable to pay at time this month (due was on 2nd September) and informed the agent that I will pay with late fee.

But every day the agent is calling multiple times and harassing me and threatening. The agent phone number is +91 [protected]
