I received a phone call this morning from one of your collection agent. He was referring to some loan that one of my employee took and defaulted upon. I told him that I will speak to the said employee and ask him to clear the dues. For reasons best known to him, he started taking in a very aggressive tone which I did not appreciate and I disconnected the call. After this, I was called 27 times in a matter of 10 minutes. When I switched off the phone (as I was in a meeting) my number was used to register on some random websites that started sending me OTPs for registration. In the past 1 hour, I have received close to 400 SMS messages.
This loan that was given to my employee was done without my knowledge and consent and was a business transaction between your company and the said employee. You are free to recover your dues from the said employee but that should not cause harassment to others.
I expect this to stop asap or I will be forced to take the necessary legal action for this to desist. Was this information helpful? |
