KreditBee — LOan Forclosure Not accepted - KB260225XUQAY

As per RBI new rules you cant hold my any loan foreclosure which i want close right now. but o your apploication i acn not do any prepayment or any florclousre though it is showing their as an option but when i am trying to pay it throws am error. that absoulutely rediculous.

need support to forclose my loan with Kreditbee ltd and i want to close the same. i have tried to reach the IVR as well but it is of no use. IVR is clearly saying you can not forclose as on date.

also there no proper information on the portal as well which is really annoying by the application
