[Resolved] KreditBee — not following rbi guidelines and asking loan amount and posing penalty and harassing customers to pay back the loan amount

This is about kreditbee. It is an nbfc company registered under rbi. I took a loan from from this company and my loan emi date is 13th april. They are not following rbi guidelines about moratorium. They keep on calling and harassing that legal notice is being sent to you and stating you will face problems. After writing to the covid help line desk of the company they are not replying the mails. Everyone is fed up of this company.. Please help us
