I am writing this in reference to the Loan which I took back in the month of August 2022. I was supposed to receive a 50% off on the processing fee which I did and 50% cashback to Paytm wallet after the payment of my first EMI which was made already on 01/10/2022.

Now, talking about my concern as I had already discussed this with one of your executives regarding the cashback I am to receive.
1. How can you provide cash back to a paytm wallet when they are not onboarding new customers or a customer like me who is new to Paytm and completing the KYC is not allowed to use their wallet services. Please read this article from RBI

2. Not everyone uses Paytm these days. You guys know it well. Most of them including me has now become ex-Paytm user
3. Paytm these days is always on a downfall.
That said, please provide me an alternative to get the remaining 50% cashback:
1. You can reduce that amount from the upcoming EMI i.e., for November
2. If you still want to use Paytm services then you can send me a promo code of the same amount.
3. You can transfer to any other wallet that allows customers to fully use its services.
4. You can transfer it directly to my bank account
5. Or you guys decide how you would want me to avail that remaining cashback.
Please see the attached proof showing that I am unable to activate Paytm wallet.
