I Tanushree Anil Karagavakar took loan of 28000/- thousand last month through your Kredit B app and 2nd Dec 2024 is his EMI payment date I didn't get any idea from your executive about this method EMI auto debit so I am YESTERDAY through my UPI First EMI 4600/- done
But still I have again debited your EMI for the second time in the evening. In one day you have debited the end 2 times so please refund me 4600/- this end again.
I had duly mailed to your email ID yesterday but still I have not received any response from you and your executive. I am attaching my bank statement for your information. Please check it carefully.
