[Resolved]  KreditBee — Server error

I wanted to know when can I get my loan approval or else will you people daily update it as server problem & cheat your customers I wanted a loan immediately so I paid my pending amount before the due date so I'm trying to apply for loan but there's a server problem from yesterday when we are need only we apply for loan but there's a server problem always if I call to customer care also no response from your side they say that there's no active loan on the registered number please leave a mail to us why this happens only when we apply for loan why doesn't this happens when we wanted to repay our loan there's no proper response from your side there are many using KreditBee in my friend list I will tell them also to report the app because everytime this happens to the customer's
