KreditBee — Unprofessional Harassment and Privacy Breach by KreditBee Agents

Last year, I took out a loan of around ₹100, 000 from KreditBee and made 3 to 4 EMI payments. However, I suddenly lost my job and couldn't continue making the payments. I have multiple loans to pay, and now the only option left for me is to settle the loan. I've been in touch with their agents, but for some reason, random KreditBee agents are calling my family members, even though I never shared their numbers. They somehow got access to all my contacts and have been constantly calling them. Some of my female family members have been harassed with inappropriate language, which I can't even describe here. Additionally, they're adding my family members' numbers to spam sites, sending OTPs from various apps and websites. This situation is extremely frustrating, and I'm unsure how to handle it. Their behavior is completely unprofessional.
