I am a resident of Vandana Heights, Kanakia Road Mira road east...having problems with stray dogs in my near by society, cause a lot of disturbance...barking all nights long and the worst part is they are increasing in numbers day by day, 2 dog has bitten to senior citizens and children playing in society compond..plz help us by sending the dog catchers. Thanks.

Nerver ever thing of buying renting or even visiting this orchid petals in gurgaon sector-49.

Because in the name of security gurds are gang of goons who will allow you to enter but won't let you go with humiliation and money.

If you try to defend you may be threatened for life.

Yes all these goons will create a situation and trap you for money. Eith reasons security reasons.

They can bond your vehicle or won't let you leave premisses till the time you don't make arrangments for thier night liquor.

Resently visited my sisters place they let me enter premises and they after i entered on second gate they didn't allow me to enter and thretend me or bonding my car. And they did it very well with a reason wrong parking when they never told me where to park even on asking they said *ab to ander aah gae hai bond hongi 500 lagenge*

And they did it very well when i was leaving 5 guards threatning me for money.
And the security head afterward came and asked for money.

Promod his name is and said hum to bina paise jane nae denge karlo jo karna chilate raho sari raat.

He even threatened me of life ki kahan gayab hoge raat raat me pata bhi nahi chalega. These goons don't even have fear of legal system and said sab hamre hi hai karlo police ko phone.

The big one promod even disrespected my sister and the time was 1.00 am

I had my journey early morning thats why went to stay at my sisters place and all i and my sister were threatened just for money in the name of security.

Really said that such builders have goons recruited in the name of security.

I bought a house at orchid island, sector 51, gurgaon in december 2017. The builder has conducted an audit for last 3 years and have retrospectively revised maintenance charges of previous years 2015-16.
I bought this property in december 2017 and still i am being asked to pay 2015-16 revised maintenance charges for which i cannot be held responsible since i was never owner of that house in 2015-16.
I am still being forced by builder to pay charges despite being aware i was never an owner in 2015-16.
Further, the audit report was issued in july 2017 and the invoice was sent in last week of january 2018. This property was sold to me in december 2017. How can they issue noc for sale to owner if maintenance was due.
I seek support to waive of the prior years maintenance charges since i was not owner in 2015-16 and cannot be held liable for it

I am highly unsatisfied with the quality of work done. Its been just 3 months I have started staying here and I can see cracks all over my house. The quality of material used is so low that if you try to insert a nail in the wall, the whole plaster comes out. The bathroom fittings are even worse, within 1 months of rare use, the elbow of my WC cracked and water started leaking out. When I got it repaired, the technician told me that the already damaged pipe was used which was pasted with silicon. AC holes provided are also wrongly placed. I can't install an air conditioners without breaking the wall. First I doubted technician's capability to install an AC, however 4-5 technicians said the same thing, including Orchid guys. There are many many many other problems, from the front, staircase wall has developed a big crack which seems to fall even in a minor earthquake. We have spent whole our life savings and this is not what we expected. Feel like moving to some better developer's apartments. Would never recommend Orchid to anybody.

Rajiv Gupta of Orchid Infrastructure Developers Private Limited., is not a cheat. Rajiv Gupta is a FRAUD, CHEATER, has done FORGERY along with politician & his partners. Rajiv Gupta has played fraud with the department as well but every time gets away by bribing the police because they are a highly saleable commodity & by using political pressure.

I had booked a flat at ORCHID PETALS, Gurgaon and possession of the same has been delayed by more than a year.
Recently I have received possession letter from builder asking for more money prior to inspection of flat.
Even though ORCHID is giving 1 year delayed possession, builder is denying penalty (Agreement had clause 5Rs /sq ft) stating approvals delayed by goverment and saying builder not liable for penalty.
