Krishna — Regarding Display Issue With Sony Xperia Z3

Dear sir/mam, I purchased Sony z3 phone on[protected] from Sangeetha store, Bangalore. With in Next week Display become blank then I visit service centre 0n[protected] they took and saying that we sent to head office, they not even saying any update till now what was the issue when it will resolve when can I get back ? and I asked for temporary hand set they not provided that also I got frustrated !
