Sir,
I have passed b-tech in mechanical engg. Exam on 31/10/2014 from karnataka state open university. Till the date i have not received my b-tech certificate yet. I contacted several times but they are not replied please help me to get my certificate without any late. Here i given all my details:-

To whom so ever it may concern, i completed my bsc. It from ksou in 2014.
My enrollment number is: 111071lbsit00018.
Since, i have been waiting for my provisional and final degree certificate. I got all semester marks card.
I have approached my study center several time but i haven't received proper information and their office is not there, they don’t reply on phone also, sometime phone comes switched off. I have called ksou many times in these 5 years but not pick up my call.
According to court of karnataka, they have ordered university to issue degree certificate of student, i am here request to university, please reply me on the same and convey me the process to fetch the degree certificate, for your reference i have attached herewith mark card.
It's my humble request to issue my bsc. It degree certificate, as i need it urgently.

I have taken a mtec course from ksou on 2014 and able to finish 3 sems. At the time of last semistar, the exams had been held up till now no progress on the same. I am waiting for the exam to finish my mtec course at the earliest.
Please do the favous and let me know when it will happen.

I completed my msc in statistics from ksou in 2015 september. My enrollment/register number is 13207msta004. I have received marksheets however
Since then i have been waiting for my degree certificate. I have approached my study center several time but i haven't received proper information. I have called ksou many times in these four years but not pick up my call. It's my humble request to issue my b. Tech degree certificate, as i need it urgently.

Dear sir/ma'am,

This is to bring into your notice, that i haven't received any certificates from ksou. I had personal issues of health due to which i could not join a regular college for my graduation. Hence, i opted distance education in bachelor of computer hardware & software (Bchs) in a local institute, being very keen to pursue my academics.

Now that i haven't received any certificates, i am not able to secure a job to help my family. It is also not possible to enroll for any higher education because i don't have completion certificate of my course. It has been years in this conflict and i do not see any positive response from the institute or ksou.

Was it a mistake, for enrolling through distance education? Was it a mistake to decide on continuing education in spite of health issues?
I am fed up with follow-ups regularly and now i require justice.

I enrolled myself for ma economics under ksou in the year 2015. I got the provisional enrollment number that prveno-05245 on august 14, 2014. I wrote the first year exam in october 2015 with the roll number omec[protected]. After that there was information about my second year. The first year i cleared the exams. I sent repeated mails to them asking details but so far i didn't receive any information from them. I have paid all the fees. Please help me to get my certificates.

How to get certificate

I completed my BCA in 2015 from KSOU. Roll no 121701BCA0070.
And I'm persuing MCA for which I require sign and stamp on my verification letter provided me by my current college for verification of marksheet and migration certificate on urgent basis or my admission will be cancelled. This is my last year and last semester they can cancel my admission.

I have done my pg diploma from KSOU. i want to verify my enrollment no. 12473PDC439824 year[protected]. my enrollment no is registered or not. please help me. i have call many time to ksou. but no one is answering. And I had lost marksheet also.


Kindly let me know the procedure to get the duplicate marksheet from university. And to whom we need to contact

Hi, Yesterday, on 19th June 2019 I was paying my MA exam fee through Online in KSOU site. Transaction got declined due to technical issue but my money Rs1200 has been debited towards KSOU Mysuru. So I spoke with Respective helpline [protected]. That person told me to visit KSOU center to give them a Request letter to get back my money and he asked me to pay Exam fee through Offline in bank. I'm from Chitradurga, if I want to visit KSOU Mysuru to submit request letter, I need to spend more money than the amount which is already debited. So please check and rectify the issue as soon as possible. 29th June is the last date to pay my exam fee with fine.

I, Shaik Abdul Khadeer has completed B.Tech in Civil Engineering from Karnataka State Open University in August 2015, Registration No. 121071 LBTCE 3875, received the mark sheets & provisional certificate but so far i didn't received the convocation, even i have personally visited the university campus several times & subsequent to my telephone calls when ever i am following up with the university staff they are not providing proper response/ information, sometimes they are stating the issue is still in discussion with UGC/HRD/Court . I would like to request your good selves to updated the status or i can submit convocation form for which i have already paid the challan in bank since last year.

I completed my EMBA from KSOU in year[protected] but have not received degree yet.I pursued this course through a local centre of distance education Shri Sai Academy from Amritsar. WhenI chased Shri Sai Academy for my degree, they asked for some fees for degree.I submitted the same & they assured that i will receive my degree in a month period of time.But i never received it.After chasing over calls which they never responded, i visited my home town to ask for it.But got to know that they have closed their centre & they did not reverted the calls & texts later as well.Need support to get my degree for EMBA as i need it further for my career.

I have completed my B.Sc (IT) in Jan 2013. Enrl No. 1022LBIT0234. But still not received degree. Also paid study centre Rs 2000/ for process of degree. I[censored] can't provide degree, plz close the university..why u r playing with future and hard earned money of students..u have made it just a business...and no satisfaction reply from university side/ study centre..I have expended at around 60, 000/ for that course..

I took admission in B.A. in KSOU through RIMT Education-Rewari(Haryana) 123401, in May 2012. I given all the exams and got 3 semester mark-sheet and migration as wel. I file a RTI against university about my degree and verification of Mark sheets and Migration. I did not get any satisfactory answer by the university about status of my degree and verification of my documents. I received a letter from the university which i am attaching with this complaint.. I request to you to register a complaint against university and help me to get the Degree and document verification. It is the matter of my life, my career and my progress..kindly help me ASAP...

Sir, almost 8 years we are awaiting for response, we are not getting any upgrade in Job due to non availability of certificate, neither we are able to do any further PG course.

Entire semesters degree certificate is available with us, no one is replying. We have paid fees for entire period to the university.

I have completed my b. Tech in mechanical engineering in aug. 2015 from ksou. I had received all semester mark sheets from my study center but they are not giving any support to obtain my degree certificate. When i called on ksou contact no. Provided on their website, they were not answering my calls. So please guide me how to verify my all mark sheets and how can i obtain my degree from ksou.
