Hello sir/mam,

To whom so ever it may concern, i completed my MBA (Computer) from ksou in 2012. My enrollment number is 911FMB0003.
Since then i have been waiting for my degree certificate. I have approached my study center several time but i haven't received proper information. I have called ksou many times in these seven years but not pick up my call. It's my humble request to issue my MBA degree certificate, as i need it urgently.

I have completed my emba course from ksou during june 2014, have paid the degree certification fees and from then on have been following up or trying to reach with 90% not reachable or could not get the relevant information. Now that i am in need of my degree certificate could not get reach of any one who can help me out and trying to reach the ksou university over phone several time, i am writing to you to seek help and guidance.

I had got the confirmation for the receipt of my payment and application in 2015 jan.

My registration number is 12772femb0181. Also attaching the mark sheet for your reference. Please help me to get my degree certificate.

I undersigned s. Priyadharshini (Roll no: 1023lbtc129) had joined btech cs
3rd semester in year 2012 at your centre and have completed till 7th semester and
Received the mark sheets for the same. Due to my health issues i moved to chennai and was unable to continue my 8th semester in bangalore, i have opted for centre transfer from bangalore (Sharada vikas trust) to chennai (Rs 1000/-) and also paid the examination fees (Rs 12, 400/-) for 8thsemester on 18th january 2016 at ypgr institute of technology, chennai.

As it has been more than 3+ years and still there is some ongoing university issues in
Conducting the examination & also on recognizing the correspondence course, therefore
I requested to refund the fees in form of cash/cheque/online account transfer to my
Account.

I have been following up with ypgr institute of technology,
Chennai [with mr. Gopal raghavan], i would like to bring to your notice that it has been almost 2 years, since i requested for the refund of my semester fees (Rs 12, 400/-).

After lot of follow ups, it seems that he is not willing to return the money. Also he is not responding the calls. Due to which i was forced to visit the institute to check on the same. Initially he was not accepting the receipt of payment by the institute for the return, however after evidencing all the payment document finally he has accepted to consider my request.

After long discussion, he agreed to refund the amount through post dated cheque (Cheque no:000570 & dated:28/10/2017). The same has been attached for your reference. Upon depositing the cheque, after the mentioned date we understood from our bank that the produced cheque was not got cleared due to insufficient funds and for the same my bank has charged me.

After the above mentioned incident, i had called him continuously to inform about this
And insisted him to pay at the earliest. For which he has accepted to transfer the
Amount by net banking & i have shared the bank details immediately. Whenever i used to follow up, he was telling he will do now but till now he didn't keep up his words.
After seeing these incidents, it is evident that he is not willing to return, which was
Not expected from an highly reputed institute.

Hence i would request your immediate intervention for the early return.

Uimt mohali jalandhar institute se degree mein admidion li 2013 mein abb 2019 aa gya abhi tak degree nai di kidi ko paise and time dono barbaad huya fraud huya hmare sath abb na phonr recieve kar rhe hai na koi solution baki institute ki sab ki aa gyi.. Abb newspaper mein dalwaoga nd school colg bahr v sabki phamplet mein likhwakar de mohali mein [protected]

I bhuvan chand completed the above mentioned course from delhi region. My registration id is 11701jmscit001 and completed my degree in 2014. I contacted to my study center but they do not give me satisfactory answer last 4 - 5 years.
I request you to kindly help me to know the process to obtain my degree.

Dear sir/madam,

I am prakash hegde, completed my btech civil during 2015. Lbut i have not yet recieved my final semester marks sheet and certificate. My study centre people are so erresponsible and i am following them since 4 years. Whenever i am asking them they are telling me that in next two months i will get my certificates. I approached ksou also but i didn't got any proper response from them. Please help me to get my final send marks sheet and certificate.

but not received Degree Copy till date.

Since then i have been waiting for my diploma in mechanical engineering pass certificate. I have approached my study center [tatanagar institute of automobile engineering] several time but i haven't received proper information. I have called karnataka state open university many times in these 4-5 years but not pick up my call. It's my humble request to issue my diploma in mechanical engineering pass certificate, as i need it urgently.

But still i have received my degree certificate and there is no any information regarding the distribution of degree certificates by ksou. I have completed my online emba from ksou in 2016 but yet to receive the marks card or my degree certificate. Nobody at ksou gives any proper response nor do they know what is the next escalation point. Going around many times since last 3 years has borne no success and it is very disappointing. I put the trust in the university and did the course from there, now they very easily say we don’t know anything nor we can do anything about it. I invested my time, energy and money to do this course and want a solution for it which the university currently doesn’t seem to have.

(Registration # L3082-BIT-29443) From Karnatka State Open University Maysore my centre code is KSOU/1123 (CAL-C study centre) centre head Mr. Naveen Kumar[protected] in punjab full detail is in attached file. i have received my final marksheet in 2013. and i applied for my degree certificate in 2015 with Demand Draft of RS.1050/- but now 4 years ago i havn't received my degree certificate.

I kept continuously requesting the study center to co-ordinate with your university and issue me my b. Sc - it degree certificate but to no avail. On this regard, i made innumerable phone calls to the concerned staff at the study center (Mr. Naveen Kumar, (Center head[protected] but all my efforts went in vain and i did not receive my certificate till now.

Because of the unprofessional behavior of your institute, i am now at a risk of losing future career opportunities as i do not have the certificates with me. My Future is going in deep dark. This shows the irresponsible attitude of your management and this is not acceptable to me. So i request you to intervene in the matter and immediately issue my degree certificate without further delay.

Sir i am student of msc math. i enroled in 2013 and my enrolment no is131072msmh0094. i complete my three semester of msc math. want to pursuing my degree complete. what procedure is there to pursuing my fourth semester.
i want to know my enrolment no is valid or not. my certificates are valid or not. i comlete my first semester in 2014 n 2nd and 3rd semester in 2015.

I'm calling since last week to ksou registrar and administration office to enquire how to apply for transcript as there is no info on their website, but none of the calls are answered, even email to vc is also not responded. A reminder mail was also sent, but no response received till now. I stay out station and not possible to go to mysore to do all enquiry. Can ksou guide me how to apply transcript. Also would request ksou to update all steps for transcript detail in their website.

Hi, I have completed my final b.tech exam in January 2016. I have got my provisional certificate. How to get my Original b.tech certificate.
I am unable to contact the third party which is Pratham institute of distance education, faridabad.

I had completed my b-tech in elect engineering, recieved provisional certification but degree certificate not got since 4 years after completing. My student enrollment number is 11771lbel0433. Please support to get my degree certificate. There is no responce from university. I had also submitted convocation form before few months. I have all my passed marksheets, still university not responding.
