Hi Team, I am Sandeep khot. on 18/12/2014 i was try to book online KSRTC ticket from Bangalore to belgaum but due to system failure transaction didn't completed but my account was debited... Below are the details Reference No OB14082563 Date of trasaction- 18/12/2014 Mobile [protected] Email- [protected]@gmail.com I book same seat by paying cash. Your ticket is cancelled and you would have got refund by now. We have forwarded your request to Accounts section of KSRTC.
If refund is not received, you are requested to contact Accounts section of KSRTC, by email to [protected]@ksrtc.org and / or telephone no. 22221321 Ext 280 (SBI) or 283 (other banks),[protected]direct) during office hours on all working days (between[protected] hrs on Monday-Fridays and[protected] hrs on Saturdays) quoting KSRTC OB reference no. and user ID.
