[Resolved]  KSRTC — Amount not refund for guest user transaction failure OB79825 (Compaint # 11330)

Hi KSRTC Team, I am Sameer Shet (Guest User). On 17/12/2014 I was trying to book online KSRTC ticket from Udupi to Panaji (2230MNGPNJ, Seat # 29, 30), but due to system failure transaction, it was failed, however, my account was debited with Rs. 1142/-. I have dropped mails to "[protected]@ksrtc.org" and "[protected]@ksrtc.org" and also tried reaching the Accounts Dept of KSRTC[protected] Ext. 283, 22220386 and 22221325, but no response (most of the times, the phone is picked up and kept aside !!!), but no luck. Below are the details:- - Reference No OB79825 (Complaint # 11330) - Date of transaction 17/12/2014 - shet.[protected]@gmail.com (Guest User) Its been more than 3 weeks (The official TAT is 7 days), however, I am yet to receive the refunds. Requesting you to kindly refund my amount deducted. Thanks & Regards, Sameer Shet

Sir / Madam, Your ticket is not booked and we have forwarded your request to Account section of KSRTC for verification and making refund, if KSRTC has been credited with this amount. If refund or communication is not received within seven working days, you are requested to contact Accounts section of KSRTC, by email to [protected]@ksrtc.org and / or telephone no. 22221321 Ext. 280 (SBI) or 283 (other banks),[protected]direct) during office hours (between[protected] hrs on Monday-Fridays and[protected] hrs on Saturdays) on all working days quoting KSRTC OB reference no. and user ID.
