Hi KSRTC Team, I am Sameer Shet (Guest User). On 17/12/2014 I was trying to book online KSRTC ticket from Udupi to Panaji (2230MNGPNJ, Seat # 29, 30), but due to system failure transaction, it was failed, however, my account was debited with Rs. 1142/-. I have dropped mails to "[protected]@ksrtc.org" and "[protected]@ksrtc.org" and also tried reaching the Accounts Dept of KSRTC[protected] Ext. 283, 22220386 and 22221325, but no response (most of the times, the phone is picked up and kept aside !!!), but no luck. Below are the details:- - Reference No OB79825 (Complaint # 11330) - Date of transaction 17/12/2014 - shet.[protected]@gmail.com (Guest User) Its been more than 3 weeks (The official TAT is 7 days), however, I am yet to receive the refunds. If refund or communication is not received within seven working days, you are requested to contact Accounts section of KSRTC, by email to [protected]@ksrtc.org and / or telephone no. 22221321 Ext. 280 (SBI) or 283 (other banks),[protected]direct) during office hours (between[protected] hrs on Monday-Fridays and[protected] hrs on Saturdays) on all working days quoting KSRTC OB reference no. and user ID.
