I have booked a ticket through ksrtc.in web site on 02 Jan 2015 with the username/email id [protected]@gmail.com An Amount of 627.00 Rs debited but ticket is not confirmed (failed transaction) with the Reference No OB14269643. Please refund the Money back.

If refund or communication is not received within seven working days, you are requested to contact Accounts section of KSRTC, by email to [protected]@ksrtc.org and / or telephone no. 22221321 Ext. 280 (SBI) or 283 (other banks),[protected]direct) during office hours (between[protected] hrs on Monday-Fridays and[protected] hrs on Saturdays) on all working days quoting KSRTC OB reference no. and user ID.
