[Resolved] KSRTC — Money deducted from my account but ticket was not booked | |||
I was booked ticket from Bangalore shantinagar to Vijayawada with login user id: cheshma.[protected]@gmail.com on 01.01.2015 and also i have done total process without any error but money Rs 996 was deducted from my BOB account and ticket was not booked without any confirmation, immedietly i was called to customer care and explained about my problem but they told server down if server and money will return 7 days, ok i believed them and again booked the ticket same as above but again money Rs 996 deducted from my account and ticket was not booked, customer care told that call to IT department. Please send the money 996+996= 1992 to my BOB account. i hope you can send my 1992 without fail. Was this information helpful? | |||

Your ticket is cancelled and you would have got refund by now. We have forwarded your request to Accounts section of KSRTC.
If refund is not received, you are requested to contact Accounts section of KSRTC, by email to [protected]@ksrtc.org and / or telephone no. 22221321 Ext 280 (SBI) or 283 (other banks),[protected]direct) during office hours on all working days (between[protected] hrs on Monday-Fridays and[protected] hrs on Saturdays) quoting KSRTC OB reference no. and user ID.
We regret the inconvenience caused to you and solicit your co-operation in this matter.
