[Resolved] KSRTC — Need Refund | |||
I have tried to book tickets for a round trip from Ooty to Bangalore on Dec 19 - 2014. Amount got deducted from my account. But the transaction is showing as failure. Below are the details: Guest user Mail ID: [protected]@gmail.com OB reference Number: OB14094419 Journey Date: 30/12/2014 Return date: 31/12/2014 Amount deducted: 1878 Please refund the amount as soon as possible. I sent mails to [protected]@ksrtc.org. But didn't get any reply. I tried calling your customer care number as well. But the number is always not reachable. Your ticket is not booked and we have forwarded your request to Account section of KSRTC for verification and making refund, if KSRTC has been credited with this amount.
If refund or communication is not received within seven working days, you are requested to contact Accounts section of KSRTC, by email to [protected]@ksrtc.org and / or telephone no. 22221321 Ext 280 (SBI) or 283 (other banks),[protected]direct) during office hours on all working days quoting KSRTC OB reference no. and user ID.
